However, we understand that there are occasions when you need to return goods to us.<\/p><p>Goods Reported Faulty Within 28 Days of Receipt<\/p><p>If you have a faulty item and are reporting the fault within 28 days of receipt.<\/p><p>When the goods are returned to us complete, we\u2019ll issue a full refund to you via your original payment method.<\/p><p><br \/>Goods Damaged in Transit<\/p><p>If your goods were damaged in transit it must be reported to us within 3 days. If goods are visibly damaged on receipt the delivery note must be marked accordingly and photographs taken before the boxes are opened. Once the damaged goods have been collected and received back into our warehouse, we\u2019ll issue a refund via your original payment method.<\/p><p>Goods Reported Faulty More Than 28 Days of Receipt<\/p><p>If you are reporting faulty goods more than 28 days after receipt, then you need to contact the manufacturer direct for a warranty repair<\/p><p><br \/>Consumers &#8211; If You Have Changed Your Mind<\/p><p>If for whatever reason you change your mind and would like to return your order after delivery, we\u2019re happy to refund or exchange your purchase as long as it\u2019s unopened and in its original packaging. This option is available for 21 days after delivery.<\/p><p>Following The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations, we will accept items back even if you have opened the goods to inspect them. You are entitled to a refund as long as you inform us of your decision to cancel within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery of the goods. You can examine the goods as you would in a shop but to obtain a full refund you must not start using them, install them or input any data\/software. The goods must be in an \u2018as new\u2019 condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging, along with any accessories and free gifts received with them. Memory sticks\u00a0must still be sealed and the DVD Software Product Activation Key must not have been activated.\u00a0If you consent to a digital download starting within the 14 day cancellation period and acknowledge, then the right to cancel will be lost, you will not be able to request a refund.<\/p><p><strong>Please contact us directly before sending any goods back to us<\/strong><\/p><p>How to refund\/cancel your purchase<\/p><p>Please contact us first by emailing returns@campingcinema.co.uk<\/p><p>Please let us know why you have decided to return the Item?<\/p><p>We will require\u00a0you to confirm in writing that the equipment and software has not been used and that the boxes are undamaged we will email you a returns postage label for you to attach to the outside of the box for the return<\/p><p>It is your responsibility to make sure that the Parcel and goods are well packaged to prevent damage during transit, and we ask that you obtain a signature from the Carrier when they come to collect the Parcel<\/p><p>We do not cover return postage charges so this cost will be deducted from the cost of sale<\/p><p>Once we have received the goods back from you,and they have been inspected and tested and their internal clocks checked to ensure they items have not been used we will give you a refund for the cost of the product plus the initial delivery charge paid, we will deduct the cost of the return\u00a0postage<\/p><p>We may make a deduction from the refund for any loss in value of the goods if the loss is a result of any unnecessary handling by you.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Returns Policy Returns Policy We hope that you are pleased with your purchase from Camping Cinema.
